Jobwise Ltd in Leigh is recruiting a Telesales Executive to join a growing sales team. You will make outbound calls to build a UK customer database, nurture relationships, and develop both new and existing accounts.

We offer a base salary of £30,000–£35,000 with uncapped commission and realistic OTE of £40,000–£45,000 in the first year, plus benefits and a hybrid working pattern in a supportive office environment.

What will you be doing as a Telesales Executive?

Working as part of an established sales team, you will be initially making proactive outbound calls to potential customers to build a database. The role will become a mixture of existing and new business as it progresses.

Duties will include:

• Promoting and selling the company's range of products and services by contacting key personnel across a wide range of companies within the UK
• Proactively calling potential customers to develop them into accounts
• Discussing customer needs to advise on the company's product range
• Maintaining contact with existing and potential customers to build relationships
• Sourcing leads to find new opportunities
• Managing customer accounts on an ongoing basis to retain and develop them
• Updating the database and passing orders to the admin team
• Developing product knowledge via company and manufacturer training

• Previous strong experience in a similar role such as Sales Executive, Business Development Manager or Telesales Executive
• You're a people person who loves building strong working relationships
• You're self-motivated, tenacious and target driven
• You have a confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
• Stable work history
• Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook
