Job summary

OA Group is seeking a Sales Executive for a well-established client in Kettering. The role is on-site, 37.5 hours per week, offering £26,000 per annum plus commission with an OTE of £80K+ in the first year.

You will qualify leads, respond to inbound enquiries, perform outbound calls, attend meetings and networking events, and build a strong pipeline while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a Sales role.
• Finance brokering background preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer focused.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and contact inbound enquiries to discuss requirements.
• Outbound calling to businesses to offer solutions.
• Attend and lead face-to-face meetings, trade shows and networking events.
• Work to weekly and monthly KPIs and develop a strong pipeline.
• Retain customers by conducting service reviews and cross-selling.
• Drive activities to maintain consistent sales momentum.

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Sales Executive to join a well-established client based in Kettering.

Duties of a Sales Executive:

• Qualifying leads
• Contacting inbound enquiries to discuss their business requirements
• Outbound calling to businesses to offer solutions
• Attending and leading face to face meetings, trade shows and networking events
• Working to realistic weekly and monthly KPI's.
• Develop a strong pipeline.
• Retain customers by offering service reviews and always be looking to cross sell.

What we would like from you:

• 1-2 years previous experience within Sales role
• The ideal candidate will have come from a Finance Brokering Background
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Customer service driven
• Ability to prioritise and self-motivated
• Must be a driver
