Job summary

We Buy Any Car in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Executive to join our fast-growing branch network as the main customer contact. You will appraise cars, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver outstanding service to every customer.

Expect a 42.5-hour week on a 5-on/2-off rotational pattern including weekends, with comprehensive training and a clear progression path within a market-leading brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven sales environment.
• Excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.
• Current full UK manual driving license.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers and help run the branch efficiently.
• Contact customers, prioritise diary, and achieve appointments to meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver strong customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues in daily operations.
• Transport purchased vehicles to various locations as needed.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven sales environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skill
