Job summary

We Buy Any Car in Coventry is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. You will earn £28,200 per year with potential OTE £35,220, plus fantastic monthly and annual bonuses. The role involves a 42.5-hour week on a 5-on/2-off rotation, with weekend work, in a fast-growing market-leading brand.

You will be the main point of contact for customers, handle appraisals, negotiate prices, and deliver excellent service while building lasting relationships and contributing to branch success.

Qualifications

• Target-driven environment experience.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure smooth branch operations; be the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers, manage diary, secure appointments, and hit targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver great service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.
• Possible transport of purchased vehicles to various locations including BCA sites.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
