Job summary

webuyanycar in Llandudno, Wales, is seeking a Sales Executive to join our busy auto‑buying network. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handle appraisals, and drive bookings while delivering excellent service.

The role offers a £28,200 base salary with potential to earn £35,220 OTE, a 42.5 hour week on a 5-on 2-off rota, weekend work, and a strong bonus scheme as the company grows.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Sales Executives buy cars and ensure smooth branch operation; you are the main customer contact.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to secure appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver top-notch customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues to ensure seamless workflow.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements
