Job summary
Dynamite Recruitment in Fareham/Southampton area is recruiting Sales Executives to build new business relationships, qualify customer requirements by telephone, and deliver tailored solutions. The role offers a £25,750 base salary with uncapped commission and realistic OTE to several six figures for top performers.
Year 1 OTE £60K; Year 2 top billers £80-£100K. Hours are Mon-Fri 08:45-17:30 in a full-time office. Excellent benefits and progression opportunities are highlighted in the package.
Qualifications
- Building new business relationships via outbound calls.
- Qualifying customer requirements by telephone to tailor solutions.
- Negotiating pricing and delivering tailored sales proposals.
- Working towards agreed sales targets and outcomes.
- Managing customer data in CRM systems to ensure clean records and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- As a Sales Executive, you'll build new business relationships with prospective customers.
- Identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Maintain CRM records and update opportunity statuses regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
