Job summary

We Buy Any Car in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Eastbourne. This full-time role involves a 42.5-hour week on a rotational pattern with weekend work, offering a base salary of £28,200 and an attractive OTE (£35,220).

A strong bonus scheme accompanies this opportunity. You will be the primary contact for customers, conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver outstanding service while building lasting client relationships

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• You will buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branch, as the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
