Zusammenfassung

Simply Conveyancing Group is seeking a target-driven sales professional for our Daventry office. You will talk to warm leads, handle enquiries from clients and estate agents, and convert opportunities into instructions, hitting daily and monthly KPIs.

You’ll benefit from uncapped commission, a competitive base salary, and real progression as we grow. Full training is provided, and you’ll be part of a supportive, high-energy team delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Sales experience in contact centre, telesales, or customer-facing sales preferred.
• Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Confident on objections and closing techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Resilience, positivity, and willingness to learn and improve.
• Customer-first attitude; conveyancing or property experience is a bonus but not required.

• Speak to warm leads and handle inbound enquiries from clients and estate agents.

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour break)
• One late shift per week: 10:30am – 7:00pm
• One Saturday per month: 9:00am – 3:00pm (paid as additional hours)
