Simplify is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to work from home across the UK or hybrid from our offices in several locations. The role starts with a basic salary of £30,000 plus a potential annual bonus of £8,000–£18,000 and offers substantial earning potential.

You will manage a varied caseload: freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity and remortgages, supported by specialist teams and modern conveyancing technology.

• Experience managing your own conveyancing caseload.
• Strong technical conveyancing knowledge.
• Confident working within a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload of 90+ files (experience dependent).
• Progress transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Deliver excellent levels of customer service.
• Work collaboratively with internal specialist support teams.
• Achieve service and completion targets.
• Support colleagues and share technical knowledge where appropriate.

Residential Conveyancer | Modern Conveyancing | Home-Based or Hybrid

Home-based across the UK or hybrid from our offices in Manchester, Leicester, Leeds, Southport, Northampton and St Ives (Cambridgeshire)

The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you'll manage a varied caseload covering a broad range of residential property transactions while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Supported by specialist teams and modern conveyancing technology, you'll handle matters efficiently and confidently from instruction through to completion.

Typical Matters Include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership properties
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• More complex residential conveyancing matters

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload of 90+ files (experience dependent)
• Progress transactions from instruction through to completion
