Job summary

Marshall Audi Coulsdon is seeking a driven Car Sales Executive to join our premium showroom team. You will guide customers through the car-buying journey, from initial enquiry to handover, and benefit from uncapped earnings with a strong OTE and a company car.

With 40 hours per week across Monday to Saturday, you will receive tailored training, career development, and a supportive environment from one of the UK's leading motor retail groups.

• Previous sales experience in automotive or fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport in a target-driven setting.

In this role:

• You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of their car-buying journey, from first enquiry through to handover.


• You’ll build lasting relationships, take time to understand each customer’s needs, and help them find the right solution; whether that’s a brand-new vehicle, a quality used model, or tailored finance and insurance options throughout our non-advised customer journey; you’ll learn all about it at our bespoke 3 day Sales Training course.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous sales experience, whether in automotive or another fast-paced, customer-facing environment.


• Someone with good communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport, while thriving in a target-driven setting that rewards both performance and professionalism.
