My client is an award winning additive manufacturing company, who are currently experiencing rapid growth. Due to the expansion of the business, my client is looking for a Sales Executive to support the growth through increased revenues and profitability.
The successful person will have industry knowledge in Advanced Inks technology. In addition, you will be a strong communicator to attribute both business management and marketing needs.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for Group’s product sales and customer-facing activities, to deliver company growth and strategic sales leadership.
- Implement strategies for business growth.
- Lead Sales and Marketing function.
- Developing continuous profitability and sustainable growth.
- Establish robust client relationships.
- Analyse pipeline and lead data via CRM system, deliver periodic reporting to the senior business management providing key business insights.
- Help brand awareness strategies.
- Represent company at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Help develop, pilot, test and launch new products ensuring that the offering is clearly differentiated, quality assured and aligned to brand and strategic priorities.
- Help evaluate competitive products and technologies, identify opportunities to create market advantage with improved product offerings.
Experience, Skills and Personal Qualities
- Demonstrate a proven Sales Track record within the advanced printing sector
- Possess strong negotiating skills and have a strong technical solution sales approach
- Ability to demonstrate a background in selling capital equipment and be able to understand the Additive manufacturing benefits, having the ability to positions products from an engineering/manufacturing point of view with the customer
- University degree or college diploma in a technical/engineering field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience in a technical sales capacity with related field / customer experience
- Experienced at working in a manufacturing development environment
- Understanding of Nano or other advanced materials would be an added advantage
