We’re on the hunt for a Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential, ideal for ambitious self-starters who want flexibility, real impact, and the chance to grow into a bigger role as we scale.

The Opportunity:

100% commission-based with no cap on earnings

Work your own hours – totally flexible and remote

Play a key role in growing a values-led, premium brand

Work directly with the founder – your ideas will shape the brand

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Have experience in sales, business development or account management (especially in FMCG, drinks, or lifestyle)
  • Are confident pitching to indie shops, cafés, co-working spaces, venues — and major stockists nationally and overseas
  • Are a self-motivated go-getter who’s excited by uncapped rewards
  • Are passionate about cultural representation and values-driven branding
  • Love a challenge and want to grow with a brand making real noise in the market

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Securing B2B placements for Clije drinks across retail, hospitality, and lifestyle spaces
  • Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing trade partners
  • Representing Clije at events, pop-ups, tastings, and trade shows (optional, but encouraged!)
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and feeding insights back into our strategy
  • Being a proud ambassador of the Clije mission and product range
