RecruitmentJunky is collaborating with a nationally operating electrical and renewable energy contractor to expand across the UK. The Sales Executive/Lead Generator role is based in Northampton, office-based, full-time and offering uncapped commissions.

Salary £22,224 per annum plus uncapped commission (OTE £27,024-£29,424 per annum). You will book appointments, manage the sales cycle, and strive to meet monthly targets while using CRM data to improve outreach and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Telesales experience is desirable.
• Proven track record in sales is desirable.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills are important.
• Confident IT skills and CRM experience are required.
• Ability to identify and maximise sales opportunities.
• Consultative, driven and enthusiastic approach.

Responsibilities

• Booking targeted customer appointments for the field sales team.
• Managing the sales cycle from the initial call through to closing the sale.
• Meeting agreed sales and productivity targets.
• Using campaign information to contact customers and updating the CRM system with accurate details.
• Achieving monthly sales targets and identifying new business opportunities.
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory, fair trading, anti-corruption and security rules.
• Reporting directly to the Office Manager.
• Carrying out other duties as required.

Overview:

We are working with a well-established, nationally operating electrical and renewable energy contractor who are looking to expand their presence across the UK. With the rise in energy prices, the company is focusing on helping customers maximise their solar output by advising on and installing the latest equipment to reduce energy costs.

Responsibilities

• Booking targeted customer appointments for the field sales team
• Managing the sales cycle from the initial call through to closing the sale
• Meeting agreed sales and productivity targets
• Using campaign information to contact customers and updating the CRM system with accurate details
• Achieving monthly sales targets and identifying new business opportunities
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory, fair trading, anti-corruption and security rules
• Reporting directly to the Office Manager
• Carrying out other duties as required
