Job description

Job Description

At White Rabbit Projects, we believe that hospitality is at the core of everything we do. Our commitment to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests is the driving force behind our success. We are a team of dedicated individuals who share a passion for excellence and a belief in doing the right thing, always. If you're a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to pursuing excellence, we want you to join our team as a Sales and Events Manager.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING:

You'll drive new business through proactive outreach, build strong industry relationships, and manage every stage of the event journey - from pitch to planning to post-event follow-up. Working closely with marketing, ops, and F&B, you'll ensure seamless execution and on-brand experiences that wow our clients and reflect the energy of the EVE x Proper Slice concepts. Your role will also involve financial reporting, supplier coordination, and the continuous development of standout event offerings. Essentially your role will embody our 4 core vales:

Hospitality is at our core:

  • Deliver exceptional, tailored service to every client—ensuring every event feels personal, high-impact, and brand-aligned.
  • Be the go-to contact for your clients, owning their journey from first enquiry to post-event feedback with warmth and professionalism.

We do the right thing:

  • Ensure all events meet health & safety, licensing, and operational compliance standards.
  • Champion ethical practices, fair pricing, and clear communication in every partnership and deal.

We pursue excellence:

  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and focused execution.
  • Work with internal teams to continuously refine service, logistics, and creative delivery of events, staying ahead of industry trends.

We are all entrepreneurs:

  • Seek out new sales opportunities, local partnerships, and innovative activations that elevate the brand and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing to amplify event exposure across social media, email campaigns, and PR opportunities.

WHAT DO I NEED?

  • Proven experience in events or hospitality sales, with a strong network and a flair for creative storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of event operations and logistics, from proposals and planning to post-event analysis.
  • Natural communicator with exceptional organisational and negotiation skills.
  • A commercially driven mindset with the ability to hit sales targets while delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Passion for hospitality, proactive attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

Aside from an OTE annual salary of £28,000 plus bonus, we pride ourselves in offering:

  • A supportive, people-focussed culture.
  • Delicious meals whilst you're at work and discounts across WRP restaurants in your free time.
  • Wellbeing initiatives such as access to Hapi, our benefits platform and cycle to work scheme.

In addition to all the above, joining the White Rabbit Projects family opens the door for so much possibility. We are a fast-growing team which means you will have ample opportunities to set up processes, share your expertise and learn until your heart (and brain) is content!

If you're passionate about hospitality, committed to doing the right thing, driven to pursue excellence, and ready to embrace your entrepreneurial spirit, we would love to hear from you.
