Event Assistant to Global Event Manager (100% remote - UK)

This role involves supporting the planning and execution of international events, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and documentation. You will assist in ensuring the success of large-scale forums, conferences, and corporate gatherings, working closely with the Global Event Manager.

**Responsibilities include:**

  1. Event & Logistics Support: Assist in coordinating international events, liaising with venues, vendors, and stakeholders, and monitoring timelines.
  2. Finance & Budget Management: Track expenses, process invoices, and support budget reconciliation.
  3. Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
  4. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, maintain event files, and track contracts.
  5. Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Global Event Manager, internal teams, and external vendors.

**Minimum requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in executive assistance, corporate event support, or related finance roles.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially under pressure.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and general tech-savviness.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Preferred: Based in the EU.
