Job summary

Redkite Engineering Recruitment is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for Tool Pre-Setting & Inspection Solutions. Ideally based near Derby, with UK-wide travel to key clients, you will drive growth by presenting advanced tooling technology and building long-term partnerships.

You will manage inquiries, quote deals, perform on-site demonstrations, and participate in trade shows nationwide, enjoying autonomy, a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, and a clear path for career

Qualifications

• Experience selling capital equipment in a B2B environment.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Convert inquiries into leads and manage them through to closure.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Interpret customer requirements, prepare quotations, and negotiate deals.
• Perform machine demonstrations on-site and at events.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions nationwide.
