Job summary

Johnson Controls in Manchester is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to drive operational excellence, boost sales effectiveness, and support business growth.   • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

  • Support warranty-related activities and collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns.
  • Develop presentations, dashboards, and business reviews for leadership meetings.
  • Enhance CRM processes and promote effective pipeline management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Sales Enablement Lead
What You Will Do

As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting the commercial organisation by driving operational excellence, improving sales effectiveness, and enabling business growth. You will work closely with sales teams, marketing, product management, and customer support functions to ensure the successful execution of commercial initiatives. The role is responsible for providing accurate sales forecasting and reporting, coordinating product launches and design changes, resolving customer issues, supporting warranty processes, and strengthening customer relationships. Through data-driven insights and process improvements, you will help optimise sales performance and enhance the overall customer experience.

What We Are Looking For
Required:
  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales operations, sales enablement, commercial support, or related business role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting product launches or commercial transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management best practices.
  • Experience working within a global or matrix organisation.
  • Familiarity with sales performance tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
  • Continuous improvement or project management experience.
