Job summary

Forkway Group, part of Briggs Equipment UK, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the sales function across the North and South of England. You will drive profitable growth, strengthen customer relationships and oversee multi-product portfolios including new equipment, rental, service contracts and used equipment.

The role requires proven senior sales leadership, strong stakeholder management and a track record of developing high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Senior sales leadership experience in materials handling or related sectors.
• Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and key accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with focus on profitability and growth.
• Demonstrated leadership in building and motivating high-performing sales teams.
• Experience using data, KPIs, forecasting and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales function across North and South England.
• Set and monitor targets, pipelines and forecasting with senior leadership.
• Develop and expand product and service solutions to meet customer needs.
• Mentor and develop sales teams through regular coaching and reviews.
• Manage key customer accounts and drive long-term partnerships.
