We are actively recruiting for an outstanding, hungry, and driven Sales Director who is seeking a new opportunity in the Birmingham area, with expertise in telecoms and IT.

This forward-thinking organization, which continues to acquire businesses, is looking for a Sales Director to leverage their networking abilities to increase sales and support up to 8 sales staff, including field sales, business development, and telesales teams.

This is an office-based role, with travel required when managing sales activities.

You should bring proven sales leadership experience, a strong track record of driving sales, and be an engaging and inspirational leader. A strategic mindset, outstanding communication skills, and negotiation ability at all levels are essential.

You must hold a full UK driving license and be willing to travel as needed.

In return, the company offers a basic salary of £70,000 to £90,000 per annum, with an OTE of £140,000, including a car allowance and healthcare benefits.
