As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead business development efforts and secure new contracts with key Retailers and Grocery accounts.

Job Description

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to win new Retail/Grocery contracts, focusing on services rather than goods for resale. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and lead a team to meet sales targets. This high-impact role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic skills to drive revenue growth in a competitive market.

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including securing long-term contracts with retail and grocery businesses.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve revenue goals and improve performance.
