Finest Brands International, home to Champion Equestrian and Toggi Clothing and Footwear, is now recruiting a Sales Director.

We are seeking an experienced, commercially focused and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales function. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, strong relationship building skills and a track record of driving sustainable revenue growth.
As Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in defining the sales strategy, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence, both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships, with an ability to lead international growth.

Build strong relationships with key retailer partners and stakeholders.

Implement and manage retailer and partner incentive programmes, to reward growth.

Lead our channel sales strategy and implement new routes to market, including into new retail doors in the UK and internationally.

Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to ensure accuracy and aid business planning.

Implement a B2B CRM strategy in order to drive sales team effectiveness, pipeline and overall sales hygiene.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Establish performance metrics, incentive programs, and career development paths for the sales team.

Act as an ambassador for the brand in the market, representing us at key industry events and forums.

Form a key part of the leadership team of FBI.

About you

Strong sales background and experience, including in a senior leadership role.

Strong strategic and commercial thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performance sales teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales processes.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in countryside / outdoor / lifestyle fashion and / or equestrian sector.

Experience in building sales in international markets.

Proven track record of building and retaining high performing sales teams.

The Head Office is based in Leeds. The role is split between field based and office based.
