As Lilli targets double-digit growth over the next three years, we are seeking a Sales Director to join the Revenue team. Primarily focusing on new business, this role involves generating new relationships and managing incoming revenues and customers in the health and social care sector in the UK.

Reporting directly to the CCO, this role is critical to the company's future success. It will carry individual and team targets. As the customer-facing entity, the role is responsible for delivering and exceeding set targets. Success offers opportunities for career growth as Lilli expands into new markets in the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities & Duties
  1. Customer generation:
  • Engage with potential and existing customers to identify and win contracts for Lilli.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of new and existing business growth through customer contact.
  • Identify and source opportunities for Lilli to bid for contracts, managing the bid process including internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Manage customers through the sales process to successful conclusion.
  • Maintain customer relationships, providing support in navigating products/services, troubleshooting, and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Bring value and joy through every interaction with our customers.
  • Account Management:
    • Support account management to create growth and opportunities through stakeholder management and reporting.
    • Assist in programme planning and execution using relevant software.
    • Follow up with customers post-issue resolution to ensure satisfaction.
  • Billing and Revenue:
    • Ensure contracts are prepared, entered into customer systems, and PO’s received.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments for timely delivery and resolution of customer orders.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues in CRM.
    • Generate reports and analyze data for trends and improvements.
  • Product/Service Knowledge:
    • Develop expertise in Lilli’s products, markets, and use cases; provide clarity to customers.
    • Provide feedback on competitors and new product features to the Product team.
  • Collaboration with Teams:
    • Liaise with other departments to deliver customer outcomes like business case creation, events, and product development.
    • Represent Sales as a senior manager, filling in for the CRO when relevant.
    Requirements
    • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in target markets with a proven track record and a network of customer contacts.
    • Degree qualification with relevant experience.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong presentation skills, personable, customer-facing experience.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems, customer service software, and basic computer applications.
    • Experience in acquisition and account management.
    • Knowledge of frameworks and successful contracting via them.
    • Experience in creating and executing sector and account plans supporting a broader vision.
    • Competence in cloud-based CRM, Microsoft products, and other relevant tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and an empathetic attitude.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
    • Driving license and willingness to travel.
    • Customer-centric, deal-focused, solution-oriented approach.
    • Team player with interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
    • Positive, friendly attitude with relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent time management.
