Sales Director

Role Overview:

• Building products / construction building products
• Leading a highly profitable business in B2B and B2C building products and construction solutions
• Recently moved into a new £7 million factory to support growth and demand
• Leading a team of approximately 8 to 10 staff; ideal for a dynamic sales manager seeking a sales director position

Are you a Sales Director, Sales Manager, Head of Sales, or Director of Sales looking to work for a highly profitable business with a strong foundation for success? Do you aspire to sales & marketing director roles or sales leadership positions within a company supplying bespoke solutions to sectors like construction, utilities, civil engineering, and renewable energy?

Your background:

• Sector experience is flexible; suitable backgrounds include engineering, construction, building materials, aggregates, cement, roofing, civil engineering, chemicals, waste to energy, water, mining, quarrying, etc.
• Experience in construction, building fabric, or housebuilding is beneficial but not essential
• Seeking a passionate and dynamic sales director with a modern approach, utilizing CRM, AI, and systems to enhance enquiry conversion
• Must be conscientious, an excellent coach and mentor, capable of shaping a role in a medium-sized business (~£20m turnover, 60 staff)
• Candidate should be within 40 miles of Leicester to effectively coach and lead the site-based sales team

This role is based near Loughborough / Leicester. Ideal candidates reside in Leicester, Loughborough, Ashby, Melton Mowbray, or the wider Leicestershire East Midlands region.
