Lead our Employer of Record (EOR) division and shape the future of global hiring from the UK.

We’re now looking for a UK-based Divisional Director to take our Employer of Record (EOR) division to the next level. If you’re commercially driven, thrive in high-growth environments and want to build something game-changing, this one’s for you.

What you’ll do:

Grow Emerald’s EOR business across the UK and wider EMEA region

Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy, working with Marketing and Product

Build and manage a high-performing team focused on closing EOR deals

Partner with global clients to solve complex expansion, compliance, and hiring challenges

Lead vertical market development and client engagement strategy

Manage pipeline, revenue targets, and team performance metrics

Work cross-functionally with Talent, Finance, and Operations to ensure delivery excellence

What you bring:

  • Experience in B2B sales or client solutions, ideally within EOR, payroll, or HR outsourcing
  • A track record of building client relationships and closing consultative, value-led sales
  • Leadership experience with the ability to grow and scale a commercial team
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on energy and a passion for solving client problems
  • Commercial acumen, strong communication skills, and the drive to build something that matters
