Role Overview

Working closely alongside the Sales Operations Manager and the wider regional team, this person will implement and manage the development and maintenance of key strategic sales performance initiatives within the UK, Middle East, and North Africa Region. This includes monitoring market performance aligned with key commercial objectives.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  1. Manage the sales funnel by continuously measuring and steering leads and inquiries generated by marketing, tracking test drive requests and completions, and maintaining regular dialogue with the network to drive order generation and sales conversion.
  2. Develop targeted offers for customers who have expressed interest, started the sales journey, or have been previously lost (via CRM data).
  3. Control UK stock, including canceled orders, national stock, and the production pipeline. Align offers and marketing strategies with vehicle availability.
  4. Create a balanced scorecard for the Agent and Dealer Network across the region and INEOS Automotive.
  5. Execute strong business case analyses on market entry plans and sales channels, and seek new ways to market.
What we are looking for:
  • Experience in international customer and product launch business development.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in customer experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Proven track record working in an international business environment.
