Role Overview

This position supports and drives the Patient Voice offering developed by IQVIA, delivered by the Global Perspectives team. It involves coordinating current customer accounts, developing new accounts, and supporting marketing efforts, including thought leadership and conference presence.

Location & Travel

Part of an EMEA Regional Team; based anywhere within EMEA with some travel expected.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Develop new accounts, focusing on CRO customer segments offering Real World solutions to pharma companies.
  2. Identify potential new clients, assess their needs, and align IQVIA solutions accordingly.
  3. Create and share collateral related to the Patient Voice offering.
  4. Analyze competitive positioning and identify new accounts.
  5. Secure new requests, convert them into sales, and expand the business footprint.
  6. Manage key accounts and develop account planning processes.
  7. Design and review key performance metrics for current accounts, supporting team action plans.
  8. Maintain and grow existing business with key accounts.
  9. Identify key conferences to increase visibility, ensure team training, and network effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial sales environment with high sales volumes.
  3. Strong marketing skills and ability to articulate offer positioning.
  4. Experience in fast-paced environments with high project turnover.
  5. Excellent networking, interpersonal skills, and relationship-building abilities.
  6. Passion for integrating Patient Voice into scientific and commercial decisions in pharma.
