Salary Range: £35,000 – £45,000 base + commission
OTE: £50,000 – £65,000+ (Year 1)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and high-energy Sales Development Representative to join a growing SaaS sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for enterprise prospects — building interest, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for Account Executives.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong drive to succeed in tech sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value through tailored outreach — not copy-paste tactics.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prospecting into enterprise-level accounts using email, phone, social media, and other creative methods
  • Researching target companies and identifying key decision-makers
  • Crafting personalised messages and outreach strategies (no templates)
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads based on pre-set criteria
  • Booking meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Tracking activity and results in the CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Working closely with marketing, partnerships, and sales to refine messaging and approach

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year in an SDR/BDR role, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise environment
  • Proven record of hitting or exceeding pipeline or lead generation targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A creative approach to outbound prospecting — not afraid to try new things
  • Passion for disruptive tech and digital transformation
  • Understanding of how social media and modern channels impact customer experience
  • Desire to grow into a full-cycle sales role (Account Executive path)
