The Opportunity

We seek a dynamic and ambitious Lead Development Specialist with a background in SaaS or membership sales. Your role will focus on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads, engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and collaborating with our sales team for seamless pipeline progression.

What You’ll Do
  • Follow up on inbound leads weekly and nurture relationships with HR decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and calls to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and fit with our solutions.
  • Manage CRM (HubSpot) records accurately for pipeline tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team for lead hand-offs and feedback.
  • Participate in sales meetings and stay informed on HR trends and our products.
Requirements
  • Strong telephone and online presence with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Independent yet team-oriented attitude with energetic enthusiasm.
  • Relationship-focused, proactive, and a closer.
  • 4+ years in lead generation, sales development, or related roles, preferably with professional services and SaaS experience.
  • Understanding of sales cycles and SaaS subscription models.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Experience selling HR, Recruitment, Training, or Employee Benefits products is a plus.
Qualifications
  • Sales and/or Marketing qualification.
  • HR diploma or degree preferred.
