Base pay range

My client, an enterprise software company, is looking for a well-versed SDR to join their team as they scale. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving growth and generating pipeline across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads across various markets through email, LinkedIn, and outbound calls.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and introduce solutions.
  • Arrange meetings and demos for AEs to convert leads.
  • Work with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain records in the CRM to track KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, insights, and competitors.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an SDR, preferably in SaaS, technology, or cloud services.
  • Experience in outbound sales and cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure, GCP, or AWS is a plus.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones (UK, EU, US).
  • A growth mindset—always seeking to succeed, develop, and grow.

This role is fully remote, with a base salary from £30k to £40k plus commission.
