Sales Development Executive - Cyber Security Sales

Business Developer / Sales Development Representative

£30k/£31k base, £10k OTE, 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off!

Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester

Are you a driven, ambitious individual looking to break into the world of Cyber Security? Do you have a passion for helping businesses stay secure in an increasingly digital world? Then this may be the job for you!

We are recruiting for a fast-growing Manchester start-up within the cyber security space. The company specializes in providing cyber security protection for businesses within higher-risk industry sectors such as Financial Services, Law, and Accountancy. Their expert-led solutions help these businesses safeguard their sensitive data and prevent cyber threats.

They are looking for an SDR to join their successful Sales Development team. The role involves researching potential sales opportunities, building a strong and consistent pipeline of high-quality leads and meetings. You will be booking these meetings for the Account Executives to convert and close. You will utilize various routes to market, including calls, emails, partner networks, social selling, and LinkedIn, as well as qualifying inbound opportunities.

This business has an experienced management team who will provide first-class training, development, and mentoring to help you advance in your career.

To be considered for this position, you must:

  1. Have 6 months plus experience in a B2B outbound sales role
  2. Have a track record of success
  3. Be comfortable generating leads via a multi-channel approach
  4. Be able to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment
  5. Be coachable, resilient, and determined
  6. Be commutable to a South Manchester office, 4 times per week
