Job summary

BMC Recruitment Group Ltd on behalf of a growing education technology client is recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their team. The role focuses on supporting Sales and Customer Success, handling customer data, live chat support and reporting to keep records accurate and up to date.

You will work across multiple systems, assist with data analysis and ensure a high level of service to customers while contributing to a positive educational outcome for learners.

• Good written and verbal communication skills, especially with customers.
