Stafffinders is recruiting a Sales and Customer Service Co-Ordinator for our Inverclyde client, offering a permanent role with a competitive salary and the chance to own customer relationships. You will support the sales process, process orders, answer enquiries and help coordinate deliveries to ensure excellent service.

The ideal candidate has experience in sales support or customer service, strong communication and organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Organised, able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

Mansioni

• Process sales orders, issue confirmations, monitor orders through to delivery and maintain CRM records.
• Provide information on products, pricing, stock and lead times; resolve queries and assist with returns/credit notes.
• Coordinate deliveries with sales, warehouse, logistics and accounts; prepare reports and follow up on enquiries.
• Support daily administration and follow-ups to ensure timely service.
