Job summary

Farol Ltd is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Managers across Agriculture and Groundcare sectors. The role focuses on administering the sales process, coordinating finance activities, and improving efficiency in supply, delivery and payment for whole-goods machinery.

You will liaise with internal departments, manage CRM entries, and assist with asset finance. Office-based, 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Coordination or Sales Support role is required, asset finance knowledge helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process machinery orders for customers and stock.
• Process Sales Tickets (CRM).
• Deal with asset finance quotations and agreements.
• Onboard customers to our finance house; chase pay-outs.
• Update deals in process and coordinates with internal teams.
• Raise invoices and credit notes for customers and finance houses.
• Support adhoc administrative tasks and keep KPI trackers up to date.
