The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in sales coordination or customer support, excellent communication skills, and strong organisational abilities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in sales coordination, sales administration or customer support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Managing diaries and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
• Maintaining a sales database with notes and follow-ups.
• Answering customer enquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Quoting or cost-checking with the sales team as required.
• Identifying additional opportunities with existing clients (upsell/cross-sell).
• Helping solve logistical problems for customers.
• Liaising closely with the sales team.
• Handling clients in a professional and trustworthy manner.
