Job summary

Funko, Inc. in London is seeking a Sales Operations Assistant to support the Amazon EU team with order entry and customer service excellence.

You will handle order entry for all Amazon EU territories, collaborate with the Senior Sales Coordinator on administrative tasks, and monitor deadlines to keep Sales Orders aligned with Vendor Central. You'll work with the AVS team to adjust Purchase Orders on Vendor Central and support the Sales Operations Manager, Amazon with ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• Customer experience focus required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with Amazon advantageous but not required.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.

Job description

LOCATION: London, Hammersmith

WORKING PATTERN: Mon - Fri (37.5 hours), Eligible for virtual working / flexible working

reports to: sales operations manager, amazon

Role Purpose

To support the Amazon EU team with order entry to achieve sales targets and provide a high customer service level, both internally and externally.

What You’ll Do:

• Order entry for all Amazon EU territories
• Work with Senior Sales Coordinator, Amazon with administrative tasks
• Review deadline dates on the order book to ensure Sales Orders are in line with Vendor Central
• Work with AVS team to adjust Purchase Orders on Vendor Central
• Support the Sales Operations Manager, Amazon with any ad hoc tasks

What You’ll Bring:

• Passionate about the customer experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 packages
• Amazon experience but not essential
• Excellent organisational skills
