Job summary

Funko in London, Hammersmith, is seeking an orderly, customer-focused Order Entry Coordinator to support the Amazon EU team. You will process orders, coordinate with the Senior Sales Coordinator, and ensure orders align with Vendor Central deadlines.

The role emphasizes accuracy, pace, and strong written and verbal communication as you work with internal teams and external partners to maintain high service levels.

WORKING PATTERN: Mon - Fri (37.5 hours), Eligible for virtual working / flexible working

reports to: sales operations manager, amazon

Role Purpose

To support the Amazon EU team with order entry to achieve sales targets and provide a high customer service level, both internally and externally.

What You’ll Do:

• Order entry for all Amazon EU territories


• Work with Senior Sales Coordinator, Amazon with administrative tasks


• Review deadline dates on the order book to ensure Sales Orders are in line with Vendor Central


• Work with AVS team to adjust Purchase Orders on Vendor Central


• Support the Sales Operations Manager, Amazon with any ad hoc tasks

What You’ll Bring:

• Passionate about the customer experience


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 packages


• Amazon experience but not essential


• Excellent organisational skills


• Be able to demonstrate a 'team player' ethic


• The ability to prioritise and work at pace
