Job summary

Funko in Coventry is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to manage imports, exports and deliveries across EMEA, ensuring timely dispatch from warehouse and 3PL partners.

You will coordinate with Operations, Suppliers, Shipping Lines and Freight Forwarders, arrange transport, prepare documents, and maintain records. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong English skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all relevant documents are provided to the dispatch teams prior to shipment.
• Ensure transport is arranged for all deliveries and transfers.
• Liaise with our European and domestic 3pl providers.
• Investigate and resolve all queries relating to dispatch.
• Maintain filing system.
• Procure PODs.
• Responsible for controlling and arranging inbound deliveries.

reports to: REGIONAL LOGISTICS MANAGER

Role Purpose

The Logistics Coordinator will join a dynamic and fast-paced Logistics team. You will be responsible for imports, exports and deliveries, freight saving, tracking of shipments, the maintenance and handling of all information and enquiries and other projects within the department.
