Job summary

Funko, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Coventry to join a fast-paced team. You will manage imports, exports and deliveries, focusing on cost-saving, shipment tracking, and handling inquiries across the EMEA region.

You will liaise with Operations, Suppliers, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders and Warehouse Partners to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate documentation. Strong communication and IT skills, especially Excel, are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organised with a proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; maths competence required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general IT literacy.
• Experience in logistics administration or reduction of costs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipment administration from warehouse and 3PL to customers across EMEA.
• Ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation for dispatch.
• Liaise with operations, suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders and warehouse partners.
• Arrange transport for deliveries and transfers and manage inbound deliveries.
• Maintain filing systems and procure PODs; resolve dispatch queries.

WORKING PATTERN: Mon - Fri (40 hours)

reports to: REGIONAL LOGISTICS MANAGER

Role Purpose

The Logistics Coordinator will join a dynamic and fast-paced Logistics team. You will be responsible for imports, exports and deliveries, freight saving, tracking of shipments, the maintenance and handling of all information and enquiries and other projects within the department.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute and oversee the administration of shipments from our warehouse and 3PL to customer across EMEA
• Ensure all internal and external, deliveries are made in a timely manner
• Liaising with Operations, Suppliers, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders and Warehouse Partners.
• Ensure all deliveries are prepared and completed in time for collection.
• Ensure all relevant documents are provided to the dispatch teams prior to shipment.
• Ensure transport is arranged for all deliveries and transfers.
• Liaise with our European and domestic 3pl providers.
• Investigate and resolve all queries relating to dispatch.
• Maintain filing system.
• Procure PODs.
• Responsible for controlling and arranging inbound deliveries.
