Job summary

Funko in Coventry is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the fast-paced logistics team. You will manage imports, exports and deliveries, track shipments and handle information and enquiries across EMEA.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Operations, Suppliers, 3PLs and warehouse partners to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate documentation, while keeping filing systems and PODs up to date.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee shipment administration from warehouse/3PL to customer across EMEA.
• Ensure timely deliveries and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Liaise with Operations, Suppliers, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders and Warehouse Partners.
• Ensure documents are provided to dispatch teams prior to shipment.
• Arrange transport for deliveries and transfers and obtain PODs.
• Investigate and resolve dispatch queries and maintain filing system.

WORKING PATTERN: Mon - Fri (40 hours)

reports to: REGIONAL LOGISTICS MANAGER

Role Purpose

The Logistics Coordinator will join a dynamic and fast-paced Logistics team. You will be responsible for imports, exports and deliveries, freight saving, tracking of shipments, the maintenance and handling of all information and enquiries and other projects within the department.

What You’ll Do

• Execute and oversee the administration of shipments from our warehouse and 3PL to customer across EMEA
• Ensure all internal and external, deliveries are made in a timely manner
• Liaising with Operations, Suppliers, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders and Warehouse Partners.
• Ensure all deliveries are prepared and completed in time for collection.
• Ensure all relevant documents are provided to the dispatch teams prior to shipment.
• Ensure transport is arranged for all deliveries and transfers.
• Liaise with our European and domestic 3pl providers.
• Investigate and resolve all queries relating to dispatch.
• Maintain filing system.
• Procure PODs.
• Responsible for controlling and arranging inbound deliveries.
