Qualifications

Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position of Sales Coordnator

Job Role: Sales Coordinator

Reports To: Sales Director

Location: Dronfield

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000

Job Purpose: To Support the sales team

Hours Of Work: Full time hours

For our client their customers are their priority. For over 10 years, they have been providing sector leading advice on hand dryers, commercial washroom accessories and hygiene equipment. Their knowledgeable team seeks to understand customers’ requirements and provide solutions that deliver long-term value.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career or looking for a new challenge. This role will involve learning about the organisation and its sales department from the ground up and will include opportunities for progression.

Key Activities

• Answering enquiries both internally and externally

• Managing day-to-day sales matters through our internal system

• Taking ownership of customer needs; create and manage deadlines for enquiries where appropriate

• Developing relationships with all customers and suppliers through regular communication, both written and on the phone

• Providing pricing and lead times where requested

• Processing incoming sales orders

• Day to day sales administration

• Answering the telephone quickly and efficiently and making outgoing, proactive calls where necessary

• General office duties

Person Specification

Skills / Experience

Experience and proven proactive approach working in a sales or customer service environment (telephone based an advantage).

Experience of CRM systems - desirable

Good IT skills in standard MS Office software packages
