Sales Coordinator – Leeds – 3 days (22.5 Hours)

Join Arla Foods as a Sales Coordinator in Leeds!

How will you make an impact

Reporting into an Account Controller, you will provide support to the frontline commercial team with tasks such as:

  • Price and promotional administration
  • Sales reporting and trade event management

You will also be responsible for:

  • Weekly reporting & performance tracking (EPOS / RAE report / office rota)
  • Invoices, coding, and tracker updates
  • Debt management support
  • Store visits and sample management
  • PO creation, new store setup, team site maintenance, product bible, contact lists, new line forms, and event support

Additionally, you will create and maintain promotional performance tracking documents, share analysis with colleagues, manage pricing, coordinate team meetings, oversee invoices and debt, handle purchase orders, and organize samples for customer requests.

What will make you successful

To excel, you should be results-driven with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), strong numerical and communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
