Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver outstanding customer service to contractors and suppliers daily, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  2. Efficiently process sales and purchase orders while collaborating with credit control and internal teams.
  3. Coordinate direct deliveries and manage stock allocation to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
  4. Produce accurate quotations and assist contractors with pricing inquiries.
  5. Resolve customer invoice queries and manage contra-charges professionally.
  6. Maintain organisation and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Education: GCSE Grade C or above.
  2. Experience: Proven experience managing customer and supplier relationships.
  3. Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other relevant software.
  4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
