Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to contractors and suppliers daily, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Efficiently process sales and purchase orders while collaborating with credit control and internal teams.
- Coordinate direct deliveries and manage stock allocation to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
- Produce accurate quotations and assist contractors with pricing inquiries.
- Resolve customer invoice queries and manage contra-charges professionally.
- Maintain organisation and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: GCSE Grade C or above.
- Experience: Proven experience managing customer and supplier relationships.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other relevant software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service: A passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
