Job summary

Fusion Utilities, part of the Wolseley Group, is recruiting a Sales Coordinator in Chesterfield within the Infrastructure division. The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, 8.00am–5.00pm, with a salary up to £26,695 plus bonus and excellent benefits.

You will process orders, prepare quotes, manage a central inbox and coordinate with suppliers on pricing. The successful candidate will be IT‑literate and capable of handling a fast-paced customer-facing role.

Qualifications

• Confident communicating with customers by phone and email.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced role.
• Retail or customer service/admin experience.
• IT literate and comfortable using a PC.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Coordinator based in Chesterfield, you’ll be responsible for:

• Processing orders for customers throughout the system
• Writing quotes for customers and following up on the quotes
• Managing a centralised inbox and managing customer queries
• Liaising with suppliers to get pricing
  
  

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm
