• Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow-up communications
• Support the organisation of sales appointments and client site visits
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
• Liaise with operational departments to ensure service delivery
• Coordinate promotional mailings and client gifting
• Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics
• Conduct research on potential clients and competitors
• Provide support at trade shows, sales events, and fam trips
