Job summary

Brandon Hall Hotel & Spa in Warwickshire invites applications for a creative and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver memorable dining experiences through innovative and consistent cuisine.

Ideal candidates will oversee all kitchen operations, design seasonal menus, manage budgets, ensure health and safety standards, train the kitchen staff, and work closely with front-of-house to provide exceptional guest experiences.

• Analyse food costings and control waste
• Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating kitchen environment
