Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support, contract processing or customer administration environment (Essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Competence using CRM or sales platforms

Responsibilities

• Support the identification, processing and progression of sales opportunities where required, including inbound enquiries and technician-referred leads
• Prepare and issue quotations in line with agreed pricing structures and SLAs
• Follow up opportunities as allocated to support conversion and timely closure
• Process completed sales and contracts accurately and efficiently
• Convert approved sales into new customers within SAFE, ensuring all data is captured correctly
• Process sales logged in PASS and associated systems in line with defined procedures
• Maintain accurate records across SAFE, PandaDocs, Storm and related systems
• Operate within a task-driven environment with work allocated based on team capacity and priority
• Support colleagues by taking ownership of shared tasks to maintain workflow continuity and SLA adherence
• Provide clear and professional communication to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with company standards
• Adhere to GDPR, data protection, pricing policies and internal compliance requirements
• Undertake additional tasks to support the wider Sales and Business Services teams
