Job summary

Vergo Pest Management Ltd is seeking two Service Coordinators to join our Head Office in Quedgeley, Gloucester. After training, you’ll have the option to work from home one day a week and help keep our field teams connected with customers and contracts.

You’ll be the central point of contact, coordinating service delivery for key accounts, handling requests, and ensuring services are delivered in line with KPIs and SLAs while maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or account management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick learner of new systems.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and professional approach.
• Good knowledge of UK geography.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage service delivery for selected key customer accounts.
• Handle customer communications, service requests, and enquiries via IT systems.
• Schedule and optimise service visits in line with KPIs and SLAs.
• Act as a link between customers, technicians, and managers to ensure clear communication.
• Monitor contract performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Handle complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring resolution.
• Maintain accurate records, including job details, invoicing information, and order numbers.
• Prepare customer reports, attend contract set-up and review meetings, and monitor customer portals.
• Support sales activity through the identification and recording of small works.
• Contribute to team targets and promote a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental standards.
