Job summary

Portfolio Credit Control in Manchester is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive new business in the HR & Health and Safety space. You will call companies, present subscription based services and book meetings, with a focus on achieving high OTE.

Expect rapid progression: Lead Consultant after 10 meetings and £100k generated, Executive after 40 meetings and £400k, up to Sales Partner. Typical earnings £27k base plus £65k–£90k OTE; hours 8:45am–5pm, weekdays, no weekends.

• At least 1 year of telephone-based sales experience.
• Comfortable with ambitious targets and commissions.

Responsibilities

Sales Consultant – Manchester

£27,000 basic + OTE £65,000 – £90,000 per year

Joining our sales team you’ll solely focus on calling companies and offering our services within the HR & Health and Safety field, discussing subscription based packages for services that genuinely make a difference to company compliance, regulations and safety. Make calls, book meetings, earn up to £100K per year!

Progress from Sales Consultant to Lead Consultant:

Once 10 of your meetings are closed by our BDMs and 100K generated (average order value is £14K) you will immediately progress to a lead consultant on the team.

This will come with a basic salary increase.

Progress from Lead Consultant to Executive Consultant:

Once 40 of your meetings are closed, and 400K generated you will be promoted to an Executive, which is the final step as a Consultant before you hit Partner level.

Progress from Executive Consultant to Sales Partner:

You’ve now hit partner status! You are at the top of your game. You can now decide whether you want to complete your journey by becoming a Business Development Manager and closing the meetings other Consultants book, with all the hard work done for you so you can focus on earning as much as £250K per year, or you can move into Leadership as a Regional Team Leader, then Floor Manager.

All of these can be achieved within 18 month to 3 years.

There is nowhere else in the sales world that can offer you this type of progression as soon as you join the team. We want future leaders who have learnt from the ground up.

All we want from you is at least 1 year’s worth of telephone based sales experience.
