Olympus Recruitment in Barking is seeking a confident Customer Sales Advisor to drive consultative sales and build lasting customer relationships. You will handle inbound enquiries, close deals and deliver excellent service across in-person, phone and email interactions.

Customer Sales Advisor - Consultative Sales

Barking, East London

Salary: £30,500 + Bonus OTE £34,000

Are you a confident salesperson who loves building relationships, closing deals and turning conversations into opportunities?

We're looking for an enthusiastic, commercially minded Sales Consultant to join a successful and growing business in Barking.

This isn't a role where you'll simply stand behind a counter and wait for customers to come to you. We want someone who enjoys the thrill of a sale, knows how to ask the right questions and can turn an initial enquiry into a long-term customer relationship.

Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for personality, sales ability and ambition, not experience in a particular industry.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Previous experience in consultative sales, telesales or a sales-focused customer service role.

• A proven ability to convert enquiries into sales and achieve targets.

• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and face-to-face.

• A natural ability to build rapport, ask the right questions and overcome objections.

• A proactive attitude and the motivation to go above and beyond.

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.

• A positive, enthusiastic personality and a willingness to learn.

Experience in automotive sales, premium retail, property, memberships, telecoms or other relationship-led sales environments would be particularly interesting.

You’ll need to live within 60 minutes of Barking.
