As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of the business, driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring high store standards. This is a role where no two days are the same; you’ll be speaking with customers, solving problems, and helping them find the right solutions. What We’re Looking For in a Sales Consultant

• Sales & Customer Service Experience: Previous B2C/B2B sales, telesales, or customer service experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Consultant

• Build strong relationships with customers and manage their journey from enquiry to sale.

• Promote in-store merchandise and recommend relevant products based on customer needs.

Store Operations & Administration

• Maintain high store standards through daily checks, ensuring cleanliness and security.
• Handle general admin tasks: client correspondence, emails, stock taking, deliveries, and store audits.
